Animal Science

Instructor: Q. Walker
Open to 10th - 12th graders
Two Trimesters Class
 (students must enroll in section A to take B)
Prerequisite: Successful Completion of Biology, FFA membership or instructor approval.
CTE or Elective Science Credit

Learn about domestic animals in a fun and exciting way! Subjects such as animal terminology, selection, physiology, nutrition, reproduction, genetics, health and management issues will be studied. FFA and SAE record keeping are also covered. An ideal class for FFA members and those interested in domestic agriculture animals.
