Employment Skills

In FFA, "employment skills" refers to the development of abilities needed to succeed in the job market, particularly within the agricultural industry. This includes preparing for job interviews, creating resumes and cover letters, and demonstrating interpersonal and communication skills. The FFA's Employment Skills Leadership Development Event (LDE) provides a structured environment for students to practice these skills and build their confidence.

FFA members learn and practice skills such as active listening, problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication, all crucial for employment success.
